Hallam International Family Fun Day - Saturday 7th July, 2007

This proved to be a wonderful day out for all the family. This year's attractions included a
superb static and flying display of Birds of Prey, Tapton Youth Brass Band,
various displays by schoolchildren, and many stalls, sideshows and entertainments
for every member of the family. Jointly organised by Hallam Community and Youth
Association, Hallam School PTA and St. Luke's Church.

This is one local event not to be missed. Keep an eye out for an announcement about Fun Day 2008, which will be held on Saturday 5th July.

Apr 19/20th Spring Exhibition at the Community Centre open 11am - 5pm both days
Come and vote for the most attractive miniature painting.

Jun 26th "Painting with Acrylics" Demonstration by Helen Parsley

Aug 23/24 Botanical Gardens Exhibition 11am - 5pm daily
25th at the Education Centre near the Ecclesall Road entrance
in conjunction with Friends of the Botanical Gardens
