Help Support

Hallam Community Fete

With snow on the ground and time spent indoors maybe your thoughts are turning to summer and how you may help support the Hallam Community Fete on 6th July. With a theme of celebrating 50 years since the Moon Landings we are wanting to ensure this years fete is “out of this world”.

You can help by...

Providing plants to sell on the community run plant stall. Whilst it is forecast snow though you might like to see what you could contribute by earmarking some plants for the Fete. Don’t condemn unwanted plants to the compost heap. We can sell YOUR plants to raise money for the Hallam Community and Youth Association.

So...... please grow them on and bring them, labelled if possible, to the Hallam Community Hall on Fete Day (anytime from 8am or if you need us to collect your plants let us know by emailing publicity@hcya.org.uk

Contributing bottles for the Popular Bottle Stall. The more random the contents the more interesting the stall becomes! You can donate anything, wine, lager, water, pop, shampoo, bubble bath, hand cream, beans, soup, sauces and preserves. It is such a fun and popular stall and the more items we have, the more money it can raise.

Have a rummage through your pantry and cupboards and see what delights you can spare us. Please bring to your Section Meetings and drop off in the boxes at the foyer or email publicity@hcya.org.uk to arrange a collection.

If you simply would like to help run a stall or be involved with the fete just email publicity@hcya.org.uk
