| 21st May | 6 miles | David & Jill | Start: Monsal Head Route: Take the Monsal Trail towards Cressbrook Mill. Weather permitting we'll take the footpath up around the hillside before rejoining the Trail at Litton Mill. Shortly thereafter a left turn up the hill towards Bulltor Lane then along to Brushfield and so back to Monsal. If poor weather or the going is difficult we can stay on the Trail between Cressbrook and Litton passing through the 2 tunnels. 1200 ft of ascent. |
