| 16th July | 5.3 miles | Derek | Start: Yorkshire Bridge (the bridge, not the pub), close to Ladybower dam wall, what3words: speaker.auctioned.removers Route: Go up the road to the dam wall and cross it to the main road. Then the uphill part of the walk to the north end of Bamford Edge and along to Great Tor Buttress (stop 1). Veer left to go along the subsidiary edge and then descend to Bamford via New Road and Leeside Road. Return along Thornhill Trail.820 ft elevation. |
